What do I do with my insurance?
Although we are fully insured to store your vehicle, you are required to maintain a valid insurance policy on your vehicle for the full duration of your storage term.

How secure is your storage facility?
Our site is covered 24/7, with internal and external CCTV that we can monitor anywhere in the world. Our site also features security lighting, dual gated access, and fire alarms to help cover as many eventualities as possible.

When would I be able to access my vehicle?
You can access your vehicle between the hours of 7AM - 7PM Monday - Saturday (Excl. Bank Holidays). We require a minimum 24 hours notice.
If you've selected our "Access outside of opening hours" optional addon, we still require reasonable prior notice.

Can you arrange transport?
We are able to recommend trailered transport of your vehicle at an additional cost, as well as offering a drop-off / collection service.

Where are you located?
We are located in the heart of the Wiltshire countryside, near Warminster. We don’t however advertise our full facility address in order to maintain a level of security.

What does it cost to store my vehicle with you?
We have a full package list available, alongside a list of optional addons tailoring the service we provide to meet your requirements. If you have any additional questions, don’t hesitate to contact us!

What's the minimum storage period?
Our minimum is a 3 month by month rolling contract, followed by a 6 month fixed contract, up to a maximum of 2 years

What if a fault develops with my vehicle during storage?
If we become aware that a fault has developed, we will immediately contact you. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
We are unable to accept liability for wear and tear as a direct result of the vehicle being in storage.

Do you store non-runners?
We are able to store non-runners, however they need to be moveable.
